By accessing or using the Ozzo application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Ozzo is a platform that connects people who need help with tasks (Requesters) with people willing to help (Helpers). Ozzo acts only as an intermediary and is not a party to agreements between Requesters and Helpers.

To use Ozzo, you must create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You agree to use Ozzo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to: • Use the service for illegal activities • Post false, misleading, or offensive content • Attempt to access other users' accounts • Interfere with the operation of the service

Payments are processed through our platform and held in escrow until task completion. Ozzo charges a commission on each completed transaction. Prices are set by users.

Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances of each situation.

Ozzo is not responsible for users' actions or the results of tasks performed. We act only as a connection platform between users.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after being posted in the application.
